The Portuguese Judicial Police (PJ), in coordination and with the support of MAOC-N, welcomed a delegation from the Guardia di Finanza of Bergamo during a series of institutional visits taking place in Lisbon.
The Guardia di Finanza, a military-structured law enforcement body responsible for safeguarding Italy’s economic and financial security, was represented by two generals and three senior officers, accompanying 64 Academy Officer Cadets currently undergoing training at the Accademia Guardia di Finanza.
Also in attendance were the Italian Liaison Officer at MAOC-N and MAOC-N Head Analyst.
During the visit, the delegation attended institutional presentations delivered by the Portuguese Judicial Police and MAOC-N, highlighting their respective structures and ongoing cooperation in the fight against organised crime and drug trafficking.
The initiative further underlined the importance of international cooperation in strengthening operational excellence and specialised law enforcement training.
